This blog begins with basic concepts, and branches out from there. Some of the posts are a continuation of an earlier post, or may somewhat modify the content of another posting through the introduction of other concepts for which the necessary groundwork is now laid. Consequently, you will comprehend best by starting with the oldest posts; for the convenience of those who have been with me from the beginning, the newest posts are listed first. LOVE

I would define Love as "The Affirmation of Being". If that seems absurd (and it does, a little, to me), it is probably because in ourselves we do not fully realize the true nature of Being.

This does not sound absurd to me, for it is only in love that we begin to recognize the value, and thus the being, of the ones loved. It is in love for Christ that we begin to recognize the significance of all that he has brought into being and recognize that he is the source of being.

I'm only scratching the surface. I look forward to more of your thoughts on the topic.
